Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories included.
Return Process:
Contact our support team with your order number to request a return.
We’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or exchange based on your preference.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after inspection.
Return Shipping:
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Non-returnable Items:
Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, digital products, customised items, or items marked final sale) cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
